The Lang Lang Foreshore Reserve is located in the parish of Lang Lang,
which includes the township of Jam Jeerup and continues into Pioneer
Bay. The reserve area is defined as covering the Lang Lang Foreshore
Reserve from approximately 1.5km north of Jetty Road and south of Jam
Jerrup and into Pioneer Bay. The area consists of a narrow coastal
strip of cliffs, mudflats, sand dunes and intertidal rock platforms all
leading into the shallow waters of Western Port Bay. The cliff and
dunes are covered in coastal scrub that contributes to a wildlife
corridor with stands of Banksia, Blackwood and She-oaks.
